 7-Day Trial Period (Pro Packages Only)

You can try our Pro packages risk-free for 7 days. During this trial period, you'll have access to all features and content included in the Pro package.
If you're not satisfied, you may request a refund — provided you meet the eligibility criteria below.

Note: If you do not cancel within the 7-day trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid Pro package.

✅ Eligibility for Refunds (Pro Packages Only)

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• Timeframe: Request must be submitted within 3 days after the trial ends (i.e., within 10 days of purchase).
• Usage: You must not have exceeded reasonable usage limits (e.g., completed most of the course or accessed premium content extensively).
• Package Type: Refunds apply only to Pro packages. Other package types are excluded.

If you meet the eligibility criteria:

1. Contact Us:
   Email our support team at refund@cityaliens.com with:

   • Your order number
   • Your username
   • A brief explanation of your refund request

2. Review Time:
   Our team will respond within 3 business days.

3. Refund Method:
   Refunds will be issued via your original payment method.

 Refund Amounts

If approved, you’ll receive 90% of the original purchase price. A 10% administrative fee will be deducted.

♻️ Subscription Services

• No Refunds for Subscriptions:
  We do not offer refunds for subscription-based services, regardless of package.
• Billing Cycle:
  Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually).
• Cancellation:
  You may cancel anytime. Access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

To avoid charges for the next cycle, please cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

4. Confirm cancellation
